Employee benefits company EBCam has partnered with Anorak, an online broker for life insurance, income protection and critical illness cover, to provide further support to employees on their financial journeys.

The partnership follows increasing demand for financial support at work, as research reveals over two-thirds (67%) of employees felt unsupported by their organisation when it came to financial wellbeing at the height of the lockdown last year.

EBCam will be working with new and existing clients to introduce Anorak, allowing employees to top up what they may already get from their employer where appropriate. The partnership will also be used as part of EBCam’s leavers package, providing employees who are changing their jobs with replacement protection.

This extra service will provide even further support to EBCam’s existing clients who are looking to deliver modern flexible benefits to help their employees and their businesses thrive.
